Our policy of returns lasts 14 days. 
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
Please note that if the requested exchange is out of stock due to incorrect fit, wrong sizing or change of mind, you will be automatically refunded for the item if the item corresponds with our return eligibility. If it is a sale item, you will be issued store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items that have been washed, have personal perfume smells and/or have visible make-up stains will not be accepted for a refund or exchange within the 14 day return policy.
It must also be in the original packaging with tags, and provided with your online order number including your details. 

NOTE: Returning items. You, the customer have agreed and understands to cover any shipping costs involved to return your item to Betterwear Apparel. This includes whether the item is incorrect size or if you wish for a refund.
We will not be liable for any lost items that may not make its return to our postal address. 
If the event occurs where a faulty or incorrect item was received, please contact us immediately with a photo attached of what the fault or incorrect item may be.
