Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are currently shipped from a location on the Central Coast, Australia. Return orders will not be shipped to this address and you will be given the correct PO BOX once an approval has been agreed for your return.
Do you have Afterpay? And what methods do you accept for payments?
Afterpay is available on the website at checkout. We also accept Paypal, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard
Are you shipping internationally?
Yes we are currently shipping to most international countries. Please see the drop down currency box for your area.
What happens if I receive my order and I have an item that is faulty?
A faulty item will rarely happen due to us checking the clothing carefully prior to delivery. If this does occur, we will need to see evidence and decisions will be made accordingly. We do provide 2 months warranty with our clothing from date of purchase and if stitching or labels come off during that time, we will fix you up on this issue. I have a discount code, how do I use this?
Discount codes can only be applied if it is valid and/or at checkout prior to completing the order. For the discount code to be successful, you must entre the code in the discount field and click "apply discount".
Please note that discount codes do not apply for sale items.
Does the customer have to pay for return shipping?
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Betterwear. We are not responsible for missing packages if they do not reach us. We strongly advise to ensure your return/exchange is sent back to us via a trackable shipping method.
I've placed an order that I want to cancel/change. What can I do?
Our team does their best to try to accommodate those wanting to cancel or change orders. We are happy to help you cancel or change an order if you need, provided that the order has not been shipped already. We will do our best to try and cancel the order already shipped but please understand that this may not always be possible and you will need to submit a return.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Due to the high influx of orders we receive, sometimes products can sell out. In the event we are out of stock of your item, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund. If only part of your order has sold out, we will offer a partial refund and send the remainder of your order, or a full refund of the entire order if you wish.
